For this position to be successful, the incumbent should have:


* A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 5 years of experience in general human resources and/or labor relations roles


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S.

person status.

ITAR defines U.S.

person as an U.S.

Citizen, U.S.

Permanent Resident (i.e.

'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:


* The proven ability to develop and deploy key tools and projects.


* Strong ability to multi-task and connect at all levels in the organization.


* Ability to link workforce characteristics and impacts for financial impacts.


* Strong project management skills.


* The ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) to maintain forward motion on key deliverables.


* Familiarity with HR information systems and Oracle.


* Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment.


* Previous experience working directly with a labor union.

Working Conditions

This position involves minimal exposure to risk of accident and requires following basic safety precautions.

Nevertheless, while performing duties in the manufacturing environment, the incumbent is occasionally exposed to moving parts, toxic chemicals, and risk of electric shock.
