Cohort Hiring Program Management - Placement & Acclimation - Vice President

The Global Technology (GT) Cohort Hiring 2.0 program is part of the Global Technology Recruiting function and provides the business with the talent they need for both today and tomorrow.

As a Cohort Hiring Program Manager within Global Technology Recruiting, you will help us build and test new processes regarding cohort hiring placements onboarding orientation and acclimation.

You will deliver the candidate placement process, using inputs from candidates as well as hiring managers to create a smooth effective placement process for all relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, you will plan for and partner with the key stakeholders for onboarding and facilitate New Hire Orientation Day One experience.

You will also engage with new hires and hiring managers during the acclimation phase of their employment.

Job responsibilities


* Execute the end-to-end placement, onboarding, orientation, and acclimation processes in specific location(s).


* Engage with candidates and hiring managers on business required activities, ensure follow-up on candidate and hiring managers requirements through delivery.


* Balance candidate and hiring manager preferences and ensure acclimation feedback are collected and measured regularly.


* Boost hiring managers/ hub stakeholder awareness and adoption of cohort hiring processes.


* Act as the escalation point of contact to triage and resolve outstanding issues.


* Invest in relationships with customers and key stakeholders and improve collaboration, with "one team" mentality.


* Lead and troubleshoots incidents through identifying bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and demands.


* Identify and communicate business needs for future cohort hiring product development and deploy the ideas to key stakeholders such as candidates/new hires, hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders.


* Adopt and deliver-on the high-quality solutions with a focus on innovation and experience elevation for our customers (candidate/new hire, hiring managers and other stakeholders).


* Leverage analytics and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions to serve our customers.


* Ensure data integrity throughout the end-to-end process.
