Job Description:

This role is based in Alpharetta, GA or may be open to Houston, TX office, as well.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager Intern to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their project management skills while contributing to meaningful initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


* Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets


* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met


* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders


* Identify and help resolve issues or roadblocks during project execution


* Maintain documentation, reports, and project tracking tools


* Support senior project managers with administrative and logistical tasks


* Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Education & Experience:


* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge & Skills:


* Strong organizational and time management skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)


* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities


* Enthusiasm for learning and professional development


* Internship or coursework in project management (preferred)


* Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)


* Certification such as CAPM or PMP (or interest in pursuing one is preferred)
