Marketing Intern

What You'll do:


* Assist with the development and execution of digital media (social media, email, website, YouTube, etc.) 
+ Research social media channels
+ Creating and managing social media content calendars 
+ Drafting & posting of publications with images
+ Updating CRM system
+ Update and maintain internal SharePoint sites
+ Assist with website management


* Assist with global event planning and logistics 


* Create, inventory and develop all digital and physical branding and promotional assets
+ Prepare promotional presentations
+ Help distribute marketing materials
+ Research promotional giveaways, establish relationships with vendors


* Assist with digital file share management


* Design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Suite products


* Driving to/from vendors/plants/sites to pick up/drop off various items


* Domestic & international shipment of parts, demonstrators and other various assets


* Coordinate the daily operations of the Marketing team

 

What you'll need to be successful:

Education:


* Currently enrolled in a degree program in the Marketing/Business field

Skills, Certifications, Abilities:


* Ability to quickly learn and process information


* Organization and time management skills


* Detail oriented


* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive


* Knowledge and/or willingness to learn Canva and/or Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)


* Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices


* An understanding of different marketing techniques


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Willingness to learn new marketing tools and platforms


* Knowledge of MS Office


* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


* Must possess a valid driver’s license
