Compass Health is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Supervisor to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Whatcom County.

This role is perfect for a licensed clinician with supervisory experience who is passionate about community-based crisis intervention and eager to lead a high-impact team in one of the region's most respected behavioral health organizations.
About the Role
As Program Supervisor, you will oversee both the clinical and administrative operations of the MCOT program, guiding a multidisciplinary team that delivers urgent mental health interventions to individuals in crisis across community settings.

You'll also serve as a liaison to community partners and support the Program Manager with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:


* Providing clinical supervision, training, hiring support, and performance evaluations for team members


* Ensuring program services are compliant with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and payer mandates


* Facilitating access to crisis services in a non-discriminatory, community-based, recovery-oriented model


* Overseeing documentation, data quality, billing, and program performance metrics


* Collaborating with internal departments and external systems such as healthcare providers, first responders, and local agencies


* Participating in quality improvement, team meetings, and leadership initiatives


* Acting as a clinical back-up for crisis intervention and support, as needed

What You Bring


* Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a Behavioral Science-related field


* Current WA State Licensure (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)


* Meets Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation as defined by WAC


* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults, youth, and families; experience must include crisis intervention and stabilization


* Prior supervisory experience in a mental health setting (preferred)


* Washington State Approved Supervisor Training must be completed prior to supervising others


* Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance (if applicable)
