Machine Assistant – 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday)

Location: Clintonville, WI
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential = $19.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total
($500 after 90 days • $500 after 180 days • $500 after 1 year)

What You'll Do


* Assist machine operators in producing paper plates, bowls, or napkins


* Load materials and prepare packaging supplies


* Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.)


* Clear jams and clean machines as needed


* Support labeling and packing operations


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace


* Follow all GMP and food safety standards


* Report issues to operators or maintenance as necessary

What You'll Need


* High school diploma or GED


* Ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift


* Basic math, reading, and communication skills


* Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
