Machine Assistant – 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday)

Location: Clintonville, WI
Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $18.50/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential = $19.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days, $500 after 1 year)

is hiring full-time 3rd Shift Machine Assistants to join our Clintonville, WI manufacturing team.

No experience required — paid training provided!
What You'll Do


* Assist operators in manufacturing high-quality paper plates, bowls, and napkins


* Load, monitor, and replenish raw materials and packaging


* Remove finished products from accumulators and pack cases


* Label and verify UPC and carton accuracy


* Clear jams and assist with basic equipment maintenance


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


* Follow GMP and food-safety guidelines


* Report issues to operators, maintenance, or supervision

What You'll Need


* High school diploma or GED


* Ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift


* Basic math, reading, and communication skills


* Team-player attitude and attention to detail


* Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
