Purpose:
This individual will be part of the DePuy Synthes Digital Surgery Technical Operations Team, supporting instrumentation for robotic surgery.
Responsibilities will include lifecycle management of instruments for the VELYS Enabling Tech platform, including VELYS TKA/UKA, VELYS Spine, and other hardware platforms.
They will use knowledge of manufacturing operations, project management, and enterprise-wide supply chains to function as an integral member of a team committed to sustainable world-class manufacturing & execution of key strategic NPI projects.
Ensures continuity of supply by leading and participating in complex projects that require influencing and supporting multi-functional teams such as: R&D, Quality Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sourcing, Plan, Make, External Operations and Environmental/Safety.
Drives the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans to mitigate against manufacturing and/or Supplier launch delays and long term product supply disruption risks.
