HR/Payroll Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Hiring


* Manage the full onboarding process, including Workday Hire and Onboarding completion before start date.


* Verify employee licenses via state websites and ensure all compliance documentation is complete.


* Coordinate same-day onboarding and benefit election deadlines.

Compliance & Recordkeeping


* Conduct regular audits of I-9s, background checks, and legal/company checks.


* Maintain secure and organized personnel and confidential files, both physical and digital.


* Run Workday audits and ensure accurate document uploads.

HR Systems & Support


* Provide day-to-day support in HRIS system (Workday), including troubleshooting and training.

Payroll


* Run full Payroll process on a biweekly basis.
