* Bachelor's degree in accredited university is required or equivalent experience of not less than 5 years of supervisory experience.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits/Salary

The salary range for this position is $70K to $90K

Preferred Skills


* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.


* Fastener/Manufacturing Industry/related experience.


* Good written and verbal communication skills.


* Excellent operational skills.


* Strong interpretation skills.


* Knowledge of sales or customer related roles in aerospace fasteners or related industry.

Essential Functions


* Works with the Sales Manager and management with the development of the department budget and sales forecasts.


* Map distribution customer purchases to end use.


* Identifies focus accounts and personally tracks the monthly performance of these accounts.


* Tracks quotes, booking and sales figures monthly and yearly.


* Works with the sales representatives on daily quotes; customer, pricing and sales strategies.


* Ensure that contract review is performed by the Sales representatives.


* Works with HFS Simi Valley departments and employees to understand and assist in other processes wi...
