We are searching for the best talent for a Capacity Planer in Norderstedt.

The capacity planner ensures availability of the required product in the HUB warehouse manufactured in his/her lines and break down high level demand into production schedule.

He/she is the contact person for all departments, internal and external customers

Please note that for this role we offer 24 months fixed term contract.

As a Capacity Planer, you will:

Under limited supervision with upper management and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:



* Analyze current and future production capacity in alignment with demand evolution and inventory targets.


* Translate GOALS agreement into a weekly production plan with the help of APS/MRP process.


* Manage the daily schedule process through easy-to-use lean/ KANBAN processes.


* Manage main KPI for the area of responsibility including Back Order, Schedule Attainment, Plan Attainment, ATS/UTS, E2E inventory, CT (mfg & transit DDA).


* Partner with Operations to ensure KPI alignment and review current and potential/future bottlenecks.


* Ensure RM availability to execute the production schedule.


* Support product launches and site initiatives/ projects.


* Create / Validate Business Plan (BP) and related updates.


* Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Qualifications/Requirements:



* University degree in business management, logistics or similar area of studies.


* 3 years of experience in Planning or correlated areas.


* LEAN / APICS certified desired.


* ERP knowledge and computer skills.


* MS-Office knowledge.


* German, fluent written and spoken.
