Director of Culinary and Nutrition Development
American Senior Communities is now hiring a Director of Culinary and Nutrition Development
The Director of Culinary and Nutrition Development is responsible for developing, training and coordinating the education to develop skills and competencies for the culinary and nutrition staff.
The role partners with other key stakeholders to identify training needs and develops strategies aimed at culinary and nutrition employee growth, retention and advancement.
The Director is tasked with designing and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing employee morale and reducing employee turnover of culinary and clinical nutrition staff.
Requirements
* High School diploma or GED
* Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietary Tech or B.S in Dietetics
* ServSafe Instructor Certification
* Must have 5 years or more experience in Long-Term Care Food Management
* Commitment to adult education and employee development
