About the role

Tricentis is seeking a Practice Lead for Performance Testing specifically utilizing our NeoLoad software to be a key driver.  You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining all assets of the NeoLoad software for delivery and internal enablement.  You will also act as an advisory service delivery lead for the Go to Market functions for the Professional Services Organization. 

We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) for opportunities at our office locations.

Key responsibilities


* Technical Expertise:  Proficiency in performance testing tools and methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and other performance metrics.


* Leadership:  Ability to lead a team to assist in content creation as well as delivery tasks for Advisory services.


* Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product teams to ensure that performance testing aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.  The goal is one seamless Customer Journey.


* Problem-Solving:  Analyze performance test results and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance system performance.


* Training & Development:  Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.


* Continuous Improvement:  Drive continuous improvement in performance testing practices & methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the organization’s software.

Qualifications  


* Bachelor’s Degree required.


* 5+ years in Performance Testing as a lead – demonstrated capability of managing a team that develops test cases in multiple known performance testing frameworks and automation software tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner, J-Unit, Blaze-meter, etc., with multiple protocols (applications).
