Overview

Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.

The compensation for this position ranges from $31.10-$41.47 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:


* Greet and engage with guests in a warm, welcoming manner, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of R Market.


* Assist guests with purchases, providing knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, and specialty items.


* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.


* Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and food using the commercial equipment, following established presentation guidelines.


* Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays, ensuring products are always fresh, organized, and visually appealing.


* Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.


* Maintain a clean, inviting environment, including countertops, equipment, and seating areas.


* Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage service.


* Stay informed about hotel offerings and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries.


* Observe guests to anticipate needs and respond to requests promptly.


* Assist with the setup, cleaning, and refreshing of the space during and after shifts.


* Count the bank at the end of shifts, following property control standards and cash handling protocols.


* Complete all side work, including stocking, requisition requests, organizing, recording daily par levels and other assigned duties.


* Report any maintenance issues to management

Qualifications and Skills:


* Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges and understand portion sizes as relating to pricing.
