Directs Managers and individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations, regular coaching, and feedback.

Controls resources for critical, high-level global manufacturing engineering schematics and layouts, in close collaboration with transportation and supply chain solutions teams, to produce deliverables tailored to customer-specific manufacturing and engineering needs.

Coordinates customer meetings to review engineering output plans, ensuring potential solutions are aligned with customer requirements.

The role blends day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic planning, driving transformation, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:


* Leads and develops a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and senior individual contributors to ensure key deliverables and milestones are achieved on time.


* Approves initiatives and high-level strategies for Manufacturing Engineering, including recruiting and training highly skilled engineers to deliver against customer-specific supply chain objectives.


* Defines and executes a comprehensive strategy for delegating engineering projects, resource planning, and administrative work, ensuring balance across day-to-day operations and long-term transformation efforts.


* Partners cross-functionally to align manufacturing needs with broader business goals; communicates priorities to the enterprise and drives execution through strong collaboration with supply chain, R&D, quality, finance, and commercial functions.


* Leads manufacturing transformation projects, including operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, cost transformation, and scaling strategies to meet evolving business needs.
