What You'll Do


* Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care planning per licensure.


* Direct and supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students in accordance with regulations.


* Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.


* Document care accurately to meet organizational and regulatory standards.


* Actively participate in department operations, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.


* Active Oregon PT license, in good standing.


* Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred.


* Professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills.


* Current CPR/BLS certification.
