What you will do

The Technical Operations Package Development Co-Op provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country.

Multi-functional collaboration provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization and develop your leadership, analytical, and project management skills to build a strong career foundation.

Key Responsibilities


* Support package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements


* Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications


* Document all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements


* Support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials


* Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing


* Recommend alternatives and solutions to resolve supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in The United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.

H1-B status)


* Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree


* Eligible to complete a 6-month co-op term in Pennsylvania, Fort Washington.
