• Skin Health brands include NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, CLEAN & CLEAR®, and LUBRIDERM®

• Self Care brands include TYLENOL®, MOTRIN®, ZYRTEC®, BENADRYL®, and SUDAFED®

As a Marketing Summer Associate, you become an integral part of a Brand or Marketing Capabilities Team.

Some of the responsibilities may include:

• Learning the history & equity of our brands to help shape the path forward

• Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements & best practices

• Consulting on strategic business problems & using data to create recommendations and tell stories

• You will be given the opportunity to interact with senior management, including a mid-point and final summer project presentation to share out your recommendations.

Your ideas can help drive the future trajectory of the brand and can be seen in-market!

Past projects have included:

• Identifying a strategic roadmap to expand a brand's ecommerce presence

• Evaluate the opportunity of leveraging AI to support brands to create an elevated consumer experience

• Develop cross-branding strategy and campaign platforms to drive equity, expand usage, and build regimen
