We're seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), RN to join our leadership team.

This role offers the opportunity to support daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and help maintain the highest quality standards in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Preferred Qualification: Infection Prevention (IP) Certification - bringing added expertise to ensure the health and safety of our residents and associates.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.
