Typical day as our Supported Living Worker  



* Help customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals. 


* Encourage the customer to explore her local community


* Helping customers with daily in activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies. 


* Assist with personal care, medication, appointments, hobbies, college, or work. 


* Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews. 


* Spend quality time with customers – chats, cuppas, and collaborative support with colleagues.

You have 


* Level 2 or above in social care (or willingness to work towards it) 


* Passion for supporting customers to live their best lives with attention to detail 


* Experience caring for others, professionally or personally 


* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient 


* Flexible, person-centred approach to meet customer needs, including varied start/finish times 


* Comfortable with technology for updating support plans, learning, and team collaboration
