The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Inventory & Consignment administrator to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role will monitor integrity of inventory records and processes, including warehouse, customer consignment, and perform tasks to validate and maintain inventory accuracy
Responsibilities
* Complete inventory adjustments in SAP and mymediset
* Push CBC updates in internal CRM system
* Monitor team inbox, assigning tasks to appropriate team members for action
* Complete inventory adjustments in SAP & mymediset as requested by internal warehouse and CS teams.
* Develop thorough understandings of SAP & mymediset system processes being used within J&J MedTech ANZ, and relevant compliance requirements
* Respond to requests for support from colleagues and proactively share information and insights
* Build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers (internal and external) to assist in managing broader 1MD objectives
About You
* Preferred area of study: Health Care or logistics
* Preferred related industry experience: Medical, logistics
* Other qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain area
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organizational skills
* Good understanding of inventory management concepts and processes
* Good understanding of consignment inventory concepts and processes
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
* Well versed in Microsoft Excel
* Experience & knowledge of SAP inventory management and warehouse management modules
