The Connections Club Coordinator implements and manages programs in accordance with policy, philosophy, and compliance standards for the Connections Club.

The Connections Club Coordinator maintains a home-like environment for their assigned residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists the residents to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent. 

Skills Needed:


* Leadership: Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


* Knowledge: A solid foundation of current laws and regulations that influence provision of care and services in nursing facilities. 


* Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and residents’ families.   


* Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. 

Requirements:


* Successful completion of a state-approved or Nursing Assistant competency evaluation program, or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.


* Continued dementia and Alzheimer's education. 


* Demonstrates C.A.R.E.

values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
