Lincoln Meadows Care Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team on the NOC shift.

✨ What You'll Do:


* Provide personal care and daily living assistance with kindness and respect.


* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.


* Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal care.


* Help residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers safely.


* Take vital signs, record intake/output, and chart observations accurately.


* Maintain clean, comfortable, and organized resident rooms.


* Support residents emotionally by fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.


* Uphold resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
