Responsibilities


* Provide daily resident care including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition assistance


* Assist nursing staff with treatments and care plans


* Monitor and report resident changes or concerns promptly


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Foster a respectful, compassionate, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused


* Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but new CNAs are welcome
