Position Summary

Exercises independent discretion in handling complex and/or high exposure commercial liability claims and commercial litigation.



* The successful candidate must reside in the state of TN, specifically Knoxville, TN or Eastern TN.


* The successful candidate will handle commercial general liability losses in Eastern TN.


* The successful candidate will handle some commercial general liability litigation matters.


* This a remote work from home position.


* A company vehicle will be provided.


* The successful candidate must be will to travel for field inspections of commercial liability losses, litigation proceedings (mediations, trials, etc.), and required training/meetings.
