Your Role: Marketing Co-op

As a Marketing Co-op, you will be part of the Marketing team and interact with various marketing departments.

Your Responsibilities:


* Systematically organize Team files for internal users, ensuring logical structure and easy discoverability.


* Conduct a thorough purge of outdated or irrelevant content from existing Team brand sites.


* Set up team site with external audiences (Ensure IT rules are followed) for files sharing.


* Build TOP brands portal in Veeva PromoMats.


* Proactively update and refresh content on Team brand sites, ensuring all information is current and accurate.


* Collaborate with brand teams to understand content needs and ensure sites reflect current strategies.


* Implement best practices for digital file management and content governance.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Analytics


* Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience


* Highly self-motivated and driven leadership

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Have an interest in wanting to make a difference, pets, sustainability, veterinary medicine, or market research


* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.


* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.


* Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint functionalities.


* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving content management challenges.
