Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY

Supervises and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 

·         Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners following set procedures using the                 Open Table system      

                       

·         Arranges parties or special services for meals following the setup procedures.

 

·         Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.

 

·         Promptly answers all incoming calls and accurately handles reservations and message taking. 

 

·         Directs all Room Service and Tray pick up procedures using the HotSOS device

 

·         Is responsible for the set up and breakdown of the coffee and water stations in the lobby hallway.

 

·         Assigns work stations and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
