Environment Health & Safety Manager
What will you do?
* Conducts risk assessments and field safety audits; participate in external compliance audits and customer audits.
* Ensures regulatory compliance with national, state, provincial and local regulations.
Interact with regulatory agencies, as appropriate.
* Drives consistent employee engagement and collaboration, safety culture improvement, and full compliance with all Schneider Electric policies, directives and mandates
* Develops and delivers training programs to comply with regulatory and internal Schneider Electric requirements, especially involving electrical and contractor safety, in order to prepare employees and subcontractors to work in a safe and compliant manner.
* Demonstrates strong commitment to safety and operational excellence while being a collaborative team player who supports cross-functional initiatives and actively contributes to driving company progress through innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment with strategic goals
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Bachelor's Degree
* Progressive safety & environmental experience, including demonstrated leadership abilities to influence and drive change.
* Success leading safety programs in the electrical, construction, utility and/or field services industries is required
* Audit compliance and provide guidance with OSHA LOTO, OSHA Electrical Safety, and NFPA 70E requirements.
