Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM (PM) | Schedule: 4-on / 2-off rotation
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We're a cozy 59-bed short-term skilled nursing facility, perfectly nestled just off the 60 freeway and right across from Chino Valley Medical Center.

Our all-private suites and showers are designed with one thing in mind: patient-centered care.

? What You'll Be Doing:


* Administer medications like a pro ?


* Document patient care using our easy-to-learn electronic system


* Manage both acute and chronic care needs


* Supervise and support our amazing CNAs


* Communicate clearly and compassionately


* Think critically and make smart, independent decisions


* Follow instructions and grow with us!
