Quality Engineering Specialist- Part Time

Your Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at Molex.

This role offers an opportunity to leverage your experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and customer support, while collaborating with seasoned professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards.

What You Will Do


* Lead special projects to review and update key documents supporting engineering, quality, and operations.


* Prepare for and participate in audit activities to ensure departmental compliance with IATF16949 and ISO certification requirements.


* Utilize your expertise to mentor junior team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Proven track record in quality engineering .


* Self-motivated and assertive to drive results.


* Proficiency in multiple Office software programs and the ability to adapt and learn others.


* Ability to interpret complex drawings or work instructions.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work.


* In-depth knowledge of IATF & ISO Standards.
