In this role, you will:


* Build strong partnerships with internal teams and business stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies and driving sustainable process improvements, while ensuring all changes are documented in SOPs and training materials.


* Act as the process owner for Procurement operations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and supporting system enhancements in SAP and Coupa, including UAT participation.


* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and Tier 2 support for Source-to-Pay (S2P) queries, collaborating with global SMEs and Coupa Admin teams to align on global process and technology improvements.


* Support capability development by identifying team skill gaps, sharing knowledge across EMEA, and representing the team in P2P projects and transformation initiatives.


* Ensure operational excellence by performing Coupa Light Admin tasks, reviewing processes, preparing presentations, and contributing to process-related calls and reviews as needed.


* Drive end-to-end process visibility by conducting due diligence on current EMEA practices, standardizing procedures, and supporting SAP S/4HANA readiness and system demos.
