In the role of Production Planner, you will be responsible for optimization and fast communication with the UK-based team regarding necessary changes.

You will optimize system capabilities through reporting, planning, and transactional systems.

A challenge for you may also be responsible for continues improvement projects focused on planning and delivery systems.

In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


* Within a timeframe of four months, you will take responsibility for a specific group of products, typically linked to Kimberly-Clark websites and external vendors.


* You will monitor daily inventory levels and sales forecasts provided by Customer Business Units (CBUs), and collaborate with various commercial functions such as Customer Service, Demand Management, Logistics Operations, Strategic and Procurement Teams, etc., to ensure optimal product supply.


* You will utilize SAP Planning and transactional processes to manage inventory.


* You will also take ownership of coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of best practices.

About You 

You are a flexible and proactive individual with strong decision-making skills, able to act quickly without overanalyzing every task.

You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and manage your time effectively.

We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone .

Experience with SAP is a plus, but not a requirement.

You should be comfortable using MS Office tools.

Previous work experience is not necessary — we welcome motivated graduates.

You hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
