Supply Chain Upstream Planning Intern
Mission
* Support upstream supply chain activities and projects.
* Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and process improvements in supply planning.
Expected Contributions
* Analyze supply and demand trends.
* Assist in inventory management and replenishment strategies.
* Validate data and support reporting for upstream planning.
* Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Areas of Responsibility
* Collect and analyze data for supply planning.
* Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material availability.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Reporting Line: Reports to SCM Manager, under supervision of Upstream Leader/Mentor.
Requirements
* Minimum 5th semester student (D3/D4/S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics, Management, or related field.
* Internship or project experience in logistics, procurement, or planning is a plus.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Office, and dashboards (Tableau, Python, Power BI).
* Proficient in English and Indonesian.
