Assessment & Referral Counselor I

Work Schedule:

100%, day/eve, 7:00am-3:30pm or 7:00am-5:30pm / Every other weekend & rotating holidays.

You will work at Swedish American hospital in Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential


* Overtime


* On-call pay

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.

Required

Work Experience


* Psychiatric experience and/or crisis experience.

Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Obtain nonviolent crisis intervention certification within 90 days of hire and maintain on a bi-annual schedule.
