* Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
* A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this position.
* A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience is required.
* Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods.
* Experience with quality tools, such as CAPA, six-sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem solving techniques, root-cause-analysis.
