Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Business Product Owner, Performance Management based out of Bucureşti, Romania.

Job Description Summary

Leading expert individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable resource by peers, who manages large projects or processes.

Manages the strategic planning and the tactical execution in the design and delivery of project and program management policies and practices.

Applies project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project and program scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Serves as primary contact for client and team queries and concerns.

The Senior Manager, Business Product Owner, owns the capability vision, roadmap, and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements, and will be responsible for:

·         Designing and deploying digital solutions supporting all regions and modalities to the respective IMSC functional business by leading projects and ensuring consistency of the end-to-end solutions

·         Providing adequate end-user support and realizing value during the entire lifecycle of the digital product acting as the “voice of customer” within the squad

Ensuring business ownership of the digital product in alignment with the JJT and Data partners
