Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Analyst Accounting – General Accounting (1/3)

Purpose:

Analyst Accounting is responsible for supporting the end-to-end service delivery of General Ledger processes across the Americas.

This role involves executing core accounting tasks, analyzing financial data, and contributing to accurate and timely reporting.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with regional teams.

You will be responsible for:



* Support general accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.


* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.


* Summarize and analyze data for balance sheet and income statement accounts.


* Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statements and corporate reports.


* Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.


* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and support audits.


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of accounting processes.


* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.


* Assist in tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.


* Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and departments.


* Demonstrate accountability and ownership of responsibilities.


* Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.


* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.


* Experience handling sensitive financial information and documentation.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).


* Strong analytical and organizational skills.


* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.


* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).


* Intermediate English


* High learning agility and openness to innovation and change.
