The Lead Experience Designer provides user-centered interaction and visual design methodology to improve the usability, ease of use, and enhance appeal, and maximize functionality provided through the interaction between the customer and a product or service, addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users.

* Connect key groups of people, Research, Experience, Business teams to deliver the work and socialize it


* Develop scenarios, navigation models and prototypes for demonstration of concept


* Create detailed UI designs with accessibility in mind and collaborate with engineers to bring it to life.
