✨ What You'll Do:


* Provide daily personal care to residents including grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.


* Take and record vital signs, food/fluid intake, and report changes in condition promptly.


* Assist residents with meals and hydration, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.


* Help with transporting, positioning, and preparing residents for tests, therapies, and activities.


* Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident rooms and common areas.


* Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and well-being.


* Ensure accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality and resident rights.
