What are we looking for?

The Test Engineer is responsible for performing testing and the evaluation of engine oil performance.

Responsibilities also include understanding the performance of engines and/ or sub-systems, client communication and test report validation.

What you'll do:


* Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, conduct evaluation of test procedures to determine compliance with applicable standard(s).

To do this, Engineer must:
o Have at least a good understanding of engines and how they perform based on self-interest and experience and/or dedicated courses.
o Understand the scope of the project, identify, and ensure that test instruments and processes required to support the testing are prepared.
o Under scope of the project, identify and locate test instruments and equipment required for testing.
o Follow established test plans.
o Set up and operate EUT (equipment under test); perform and document simple repairs on EUT as needed.
o Perform testing of products in accordance with standards.

Core tests include but are not limited to performing engine maintenance tracking and troubleshooting engine and/or instrumentation malfunctions.
