Marketing Executive - Holiday Inn & Suites Cairo Maadi

A little taste of your day-to-day:
 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:



* Ensure adherence to brand standards in marketing material across all channels and in restaurant collaterals.


* Work alongside partners to develop and approve brand material for local and international markets.


* Work with the S&M team to develop brand training and management materials.


* Implement marketing and advertising campaigns required for short term and long term revenue generation.


* Coordinate advertising plans across all marketing communication channels with appointed media planning and buying agency.


* Prepare content production and management for distribution across all marketing channels including hotel website, social media, marketing collateral, PR and internal communications.


* Optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) spending and results with better targeting.


* Supervise posting and monitoring of all Food and Beverage outlets’ Social Media.


* Liaise with HR department to develop up to date trainings for Social Media and Trip Advisor.


* Ensure that offline and online marketing activities are fully integrated.


* Track results on a weekly basis to compute monthly reports and keep track on departmental and individual targets.


* Ensure that content on company website is accurate and relevant.


* Stay informed and aware of what is happening within the online environment and adapt strategy accordingly.


* Support the Marketing Manager in implementing comprehensive strategies and the PR related tasks.


* Supervise PR activity including interviews, photo shoots and events as required.


* Keep up to date with industry trends in terms of operations and marketing activity for the relevant regions to stay ahead in the market.


* Research customer opinion and behaviour in order to provide better service and preferred marketing activity for our customers through social media monitoring and engagement, and reviewing customer feedback through all other channels.


* Perform duties as may be assigned.


* Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the an IHG Code of Conduct and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.


* Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.


* Generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.


* Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and Hosts.
