Property Manager

Pay: $26.00 per hour 

Location: 4 Carriere Way Rouses Point, NY 12979

Schedule: Full Time

Preferred qualifications:


* Property Management experience required


* Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Problem solving, project management and analytical skills


* Strong customer service skills


* HUD programs and requirements 


* Onsite experience a plus
