Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Advanced Therapies is seeking a V2V Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our growing team in Beerse, Belgium.

This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of our organization into a global, multi-product cell therapy platform capable of scaling rapidly to meet future demand.

CAR-T is an advanced therapy that harnesses the patient’s own immune system to fight disease.

This groundbreaking technology offers hope to patients for whom other therapies have proven ineffective.

As Vein to Vein Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in building and executing strategic programs that enable our organization to evolve and scale.

You will work closely with the V2V leadership team and broader cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate progress on key initiatives that ensure operational readiness and resilience during a period of rapid growth and transformation.

This is not a people leadership role at the start, but has the potential to evolve into one as the organization grows.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our V2V operations and supporting both strategic and tactical execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities



* Drive and support strategic initiatives that enable the V2V organization to scale effectively across multiple products and geographies.


* Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize critical programs that ensure operational continuity and readiness.


* Act as a connector between strategy and execution, translating high-level goals into actionable plans.


* Support cross-functional teams in accelerating delivery of key initiatives, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment.


* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Operations, GCCC, Quality, Logistics, Cryopreservation Centers, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination.


* Monitor and report on progress of strategic programs, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.


* Contribute to the development of future operating models and ways of working for the V2V team.


* Maintain strong alignment with regional and global counterparts to harmonize processes and standards.
