Quality Engineering Technician
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries.
Our Global Technical Services Team is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to support operations at our New Richmond, Wisconsin site.
This role will Assist Quality Engineers and Validation Engineers and/or teams in the completion of quality and validation projects for our MPS division.
Support manufacturing in the effort to ensure optimum quality of projects/programs to meet customer, regulatory and manufacturing requirements.
What You Will Do in Your Role
• Collaborate with project teams to assist in drafting protocols and test case documents.
• Assist in qualifying manufacturing equipment used in validated processes.
• Draft deviations and develop summary reports for project wrap ups.
• Support validation projects; manage multiple or challenging tasks assigned.
• Utilize SAP related tools and deliverables associated with deviations, customer approvals, and document workflows.
• Identify and suggest creative opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide statistical analysis support to sites Quality Engineers and Validation Engineers.
• Assist with creating, updating, and training on Work Instruction (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other necessary documentation.
• Support global rollout of Global Validation requirements and participate in on-site or desk audits to ensure compliance with global standards.
• Travel to other Phillips-Medisize and vendor sites (up to 10%).
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Associates or technical Degree from an accredited college or university, bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-year minimum experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, medical manufacturing preferred.
