Technical Training Lead Analyst, Care Solutions - Evernorth - Remote

Position Summary

The Technical Training Lead Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and maintenance of learning material s and communication initiatives within Care Solutions Readiness and Sustainment (R/S) .

This role requires a blend of technical expertise , project leadership, and communication skills to manage curriculum resources, develop web content, and support instructional design efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, change agile , and comfortable working independently while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

A willingness to be flexible and cross-train within established team roles is essential for success in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead the maintenance and updates of the Curriculum Library inclusive o f reporting.



* Support Instructional Design partners in curriculum development and updates.



* Develop and manage internal web pages and intake processes.



* Partner with the Communications Lead to support blog messaging via the intranet.



* Maintain a communications calendar ensuring consistent branding and tone.



* Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to communication strategies.



* Collaborate with K nowledge management and Learning and Delivery teams to align learning and communication strategies.



* Lead small to mid-sized projects or components of larger initiatives to support aligned responsibilities for this role.



* Provide support for training campaigns, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.



* Lead Relias quarterly audits



* Analyze data to identify trends and inform reporting strategies.



* Flexi ble support and cross- training within other team roles as needed.



* Own and maintain internal Sharepoint sites as needed .



* Schedule, host, coordinate facilitation resources, and facilitate R/S Connections Corners (as needed) in collaboration with R/S partners and Care Solutions operations.

* Comfortable with stakeholder engagement and feedback loops.



* Strong computer and technical writing skills focused on clarity and user experience.



* Demonstrates strength in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to foster collaboration, drive alignment and influence cross-functional partnerships.



* Change agile, able to quickly pivot, highly adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment



* Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
