Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT


* Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery goals


* Assist residents with daily living skills and functional activities


* Document therapy services and maintain compliance with regulations


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassion for working with seniors and post-acute patients


* Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
