Vice President, Business Management, Payments

As a Vice President Business Manager in Commerce Enablement's Payments team, you will have the opportunity to transform customer experiences, optimize the ways we do business and drive executive presentations.

You will gain a deep understanding of the product roadmap, drive alignment across stakeholders, and articulate and evangelize the strategic vision of the product.

Job Responsibilities


* Manage key executive and stakeholder updates - responsible for leading material planning and creation in partnership with Product team and extended Quad, (e.g., business unit reviews (BURs), town halls, off-sites, and weekly Quad leadership meetings)


* Manage internal and external spend including tracking headcount and financials and develop reports for Payments Product Leads senior management


* Support overall strategic agendas and prioritization


* Monitor volumes of data analysis of KPIs, detect potential efficiencies, control issues and ensure balanced allocation of resourcing to meet both BAU and strategic initiatives


* Partnering across stakeholder groups to manage recruitment and retention


* Maintain deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, operations, and reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 7+ years of experience in business management, finance, strategy or related field


* Strong understanding of banking trends and experience in financial services industry, in particular Payments


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area


* Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint


* Experience enabling change within large, highly matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions, especially engineering, architecture, design and other product peers


* Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture (i.e.

tell a story), while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution


* Exceptional project management, organizational, collaboration and time management skills


* Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes


* Ability to think strategically while maintaining relentless attention to the details required to ensure successful execution


* Outstanding verbal and written communication
