Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Experienced Process & Cleaning Validation Engineer to join the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team located in Beerse, Belgium.

The MSAT Process & Cleaning Validation team supports the characterization and life-cycle process validation of manufacturing processes, and related equipment cleaning processes, for all products (i.e.

Liquid, Cream, Solid, Transdermal and Sterile formulations) produced at the J&J Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Beerse/Olen site.

Our team drives high quality/compliance and reliable operations by providing scientific & technical support during the introduction of new products & processes and product transfers, during changes/improvements of existing manufacturing and cleaning processes and during troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Support new product introductions and changes to existing manufacturing & cleaning processes by coordinating and performing (re)validation/verification activities


* Maintain the validation status of existing pharmaceutical drug products & equipment as per cGMP regulations, guidelines and validation standards by performing periodic reviews


* Lead/support supplier- and site-initiated raw material & consumable changes


* Coordinate root cause investigations and provide solutions using problem solving skills to improve manufacturing reliability & compliance


* Develop and act as a cleaning and/or process validation Subject Matter Expert

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:


* Bachelor degree (BS) in a technical field: Engineering, Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Master degree in Science (MSc) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required: 


* Strong interest in working in a pharmaceutical environment with focus on drug product processes and materials.


* The ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 


* A hands-on can-do mentality and the agility to work with stretched goals


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in spoken and written Dutch and English to be able to effectively collaborate with operators, technical & quality experts


* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately
