We are looking for Raw Material Administrator 2 (Samutprakarn Mill) to join our team in Thailand.

Job Accountabilities:


* Ensure Inventory Accuracy

Responsible for recording raw material movements in SAP, validating inventory transactions, managing product issuance and receipt, conducting inventory counts and adjustments, and generating warehouse reports to maintain accurate and reliable records.


* Stock Management and Control

Manage and control raw material inventory, both local and imported, ensuring proper tracking, storage conditions, and availability to prevent shortages.


* Audit Support and Compliance

Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards such as Safety, GHP, QMS, HACCP, and FSC.


* Warehouse Equipment Safety

Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment, including regular maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition.


* System and IT Proficiency

Utilize SAP and other IT systems effectively for inventory and warehouse operations.
