This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Compliance - Risk Management process area.

Our Global Services Finance team is growing, and we are looking for people with strong accounting and finance backgrounds.

The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

Compliance SOX 404 Senior Analyst will identify, assess design, test, and monitor the company’s SOX 404 financial reporting risks.  These professionals will focus on the testing of key controls for Management Reporting Companies (MRCs) across J&J.  They are to have more engagement with various business partners including senior leaders across the organization and will be the first level escalation for the compliance professionals.

The role is expected to handle various MRCs.

They are required to have deep knowledge in finance processes and controls, strong analytical and risk management skills.

These professionals are expected to effectively test controls and provide clear, concise, testing results to various business partners across the enterprise.

This role will provide exposure across different compliance processes within J&J and the opportunity to observe various teams as part of the onboarding.
